A.I.P.C.A

Actively Intervening and Preventing Child Abuse.

A . I . P . C . A

OUR CONCERN

According to the National Children’s Alliance, 700,000 Children are abused annually. According to the American SPCC, Almost 61,000 of those children are sexually abused.

• A push to have a Mandatory Child Abuse Program in ALL schools including outreach to children that are home Schooled.

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Annual seminar with a Psychiatrist encouraging children to speak up

• Guidance counselor’s intensely trained in child abuse prevention

• Mandatory Bi-Annual Evaluation for all children

• Program Brochures, emails and Flyers to be sent out to parents Bi-monthly

• Teachers Trained in Child abuse detection

• Anonymous School “Hotline Where” students can write in anonymous as a first step to speaking up

OUR EFFORTS

OUR BELEIFS

Our belief is that there is not enough focus on Child abuse prevention in schools. There is no preventive measures in place. School guidance counselors have limited training on child abuse detection and most don’t meet with students annually. There is usually only one guidance counselor for the entire school and their focus is mainly on education.

It is required by law for all children starting from the age 6-16 to attend school. With all children in America starting from the age 6 attending school, it is the ideal place where Child abuse can be detected and prevented.

If there were programs in place specifically aimed at Intervening and preventing child abuse in every school, we believe there will be a significant decrease in abused children. Not only would it encourage children to speak up knowing they have a safe space, Abusers will be discouraged from doing so if they got a clear message that this is something the school takes serious, does not tolerate and is actively watching out for.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

SO, WHY
ALL OF THE
SUPPORT
FOR
BLACK
OWNED
BUSINESSES
NOW ?

To those who are uneducated about black history, It might feel as though, Black Businesses are getting a hand out or it’s unfair.

Critical race theory has always been excluded from American educational curriculum.

Many are truly undereducated and unaware about Black History. It goes far beyond slavery. African American people have been held back in every aspect of life - there is no hand out being given, just a rightful placement in the ‘race', one in which African American's have been excluded from for far too long.

By law, Schools Requires Physicals for students to be able to attend.

The ultimate goal of school physicals is to make sure your child is safe and healthy for the upcoming school year.

We believe Mental health is just as important as physical health, thus If it is legally required to ensure the physical health of students, it should also be required to evaluate and ensure the mental health of students.
